Shipping + Returns


  • Orders are quickly processed and sent out within 1 - 3 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped. You are responsible for entering your correct shipping address when you place your order. Please note that delivery times do not include additional delays due to weather, weekend delivery, or delays due to major holidays. Holidays may cause a slight delay in packages being delivered.
  • We offer free standard shipping on orders $75 or more. Please note that we do not refund shipping cost. 


Return Policy

We understand that buying things online sometimes doesn’t go as planned. For Sure Fashion gladly accepts returns for unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days from your original purchase date for store credit only.

  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
  • We will not accept returned orders after our 30 day return period. Any orders returned after this time period will be rejected.
  • After we receive your return, please allow 2-3 days for your return to be processed. Once your return has been processed, a store credit will be issued to your account.
  • Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. Instead, we welcome you to return your item(s) in accordance with our Easy Returns policy and repurchase the item(s) in your desired size or style once your store credit is issued.

  4. For Sure Fashion Boutique does not pay for return shipping. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  6. Once your return is received and meets the above requirements, you will be notified that we have received your item through email.
  7. If you are approved, your request will be processed and a store credit will be issued.
